Maximize Your Impact: Avail 50% Tax Deduction Under 80G

In the midst of the struggles faced by some peoples of the society on day-to-day basis for basic necessities, it is the kindness of people like you that can become the bridge between despair and hope. At Genesis Educational & Charitable Trust (GECT), we truly believe that the only way to bring about the much-needed change is when we wish to see the world comes together to support the most weaker sections of our society. While the joy of giving is the biggest reward for any act of kindness, the Indian government also incentivizes such philanthropy through financial benefits. By contributing to our cause, you can not only make a huge impact on the lives you touch but also get 50% tax deduction under 80G.

Help Us to Help Them: The Importance of Your Contribution

Since 2009, GECT has been the beacon of hope for the people of West Bengal, especially the most disadvantaged sections of our society living in the extremely challenging landscape of the Sundarbans. At GECT, we work for the most disadvantaged sections of our society, such as:

·       Tiger Victim Families: We help widows and children whose breadwinners have fallen victim to the conflict between tigers and humans.

·       Education for All: We ensure that poverty does not come in the way of the academic success of the children of the most disadvantaged sections of our society.

·       Women Empowerment: We empower women through vocational skills such as sewing and entrepreneurship.

·       Healthcare & Animal Welfare: We organize free medical camps in rural areas, and we also care for street animals in Kolkata.
